CHESS CLASSES IN TERM 1, 2019
Weekly chess classes resume on 21 February in room 16 on Thursdays 3.15 – 4.15.
All levels catered for. Term 1 is the only time absolute beginners are taught the moves so if your son/daughter would like to learn from scratch this is the ideal time to join.
Most sessions are half instruction by FIDE Master, FIDE Instructor and former NZ Chess co-Champion Leonard McLaren. Students are required to behave well in the classes.

The fee is $100 per term or $380 for the year if paid before 19th March. Payment can be made to Westpac Onehunga 03 1308 0065112-00 or to Mr McLaren in chess class.

Gymnasts of all ages are encouraged to safely push their personal limits. Gymnasts are awarded with badges as they set and achieve individual goals. GYM club coaches will encourage and motivate your child to achieve more!

Boys and Girls enjoy GYM club gymnastics classes so they have fun whilst they improve their: concentration, strength, spatial awareness, balance, coordination, conditioning, flexibility, and discipline.

LCF Fun Languages offers a professionally developed programme for young learners, reflecting the key components of the NZ Language Curriculum. With lots of fun activities, drama, music & games, children start speaking at their first lesson! Our teachers are experienced native speakers, trained in using the LCF Methodology. Our membership packs offer an on-line learning platform. This additional learning tool has been created to support your child`s progress in Mandarin. All content learned in class is reinforced through videos, games and activities on this site. If your child misses a class, no problem, they can catch up on-line and parents can learn too!

The Magnificent Scrapbookers’ Club
Come and join The Magnificent Scrapbookers’ Club as they experience a variety of creative activities, including exploring different craft materials and techniques, creating themed pages to add to their very own scrapbook album and unique hand-made crafts.
Throughout the term on Wednesday afternoons children experience a mix of creating themed pages to add to their very own scrapbook album and unique handmade crafts.
